1. Cleaning:

  • Clean carefully with cleaner 70-45
  • Use wipe on, wipe off method (2 cloths)

2. Mixing ratio: Basecoat:

  • 45- Basecoat            100%
  • 45-R45 diluter        70%

Basecoat 1st coat:

  • Spray gun HVLP 1.4 Pressure 2.0 bar
  • Apply 1 wet coat
  • Flash off until mat

4. Basecoat 2nd coat:

  • Spray gun HVLP 1.4 pressure 2.0 bar
  • Apply second wet coat
  • Flash off untill mat

5. Basecoat mist coat:

  • Apply mist coat over painted panel to obtain correct color matching
  • Spray gun distance is approx. 30 cm from object
  • Flash off
  • Panel is ready for Clearcoat
