1. Preparation

Heat up the Plastic prior to cleaning.

2. Cleaning

  • Clean the bumper with 70-20 plastic cleaner

3. Mixing plastic primer

  • 21-11       4
  • 50-15       1
  • 60-20       1

4. Application of Primerfiller

  • Apply 1 coat 21-11
  • Spray gun HVLP 1.3, 2.0 bar.

5. Flash off

  • Flash of bumper for 20 min at 20°C
  • Bumper is ready for base coat/ topcoat
