1. Cleaning

  • Clean with 70-10
  • Wipe on, wipe off (2 cloths)

2. Primer application

  • For corrosion protection on large bare metal, 27-10 is recommended

Application:

Flash off:

  • 10 min at 20°C

3. Mixing ratio

  • 27-10 Washprimer 100%
  • 57-30 Hardener 50%
  • 60- Reducer 30%
  •  
  • Basecoat 45- cannot be applied directly over 27-10, must be covered with 20- primerfiller

4. Filler process

  • Prepare undercoat according to the color 20-24
  • To obtain different grey shades, fillers can be mixed

5. Mixing ratio

6. Application of filler

  • Spray 2 coats on repair to obtain 50 to 70 microns
  • Flash of 3 min between both layers
  • Stay with second coat in the pattern of the first coat

Dry:

  • 8 min short wave
  • 3 hours at 20°C
  • 30 min at 60°C

7. Sanding steps

  • Fine sand area with 3mm orbit machine and P 320
  • finish with P 400

8. Cleaning

  • Clean carefully with 70-10
  • Use wipe on, wipe off method (2 cloths)
