1. Preparation for putty

  • Clean carefully with  70-10; 70-20
  • Sand the damage with P150
  • For small repairs, keep the sanding area as small as possible

2. Mixing ratio of putty:

  • 12-20 Putty 100%
  • 56-20 Hardener 3% by weight
  • Mix until uniform color

Dry properties

  • 20 min at 20°C
  • 4 min short wave

3. Sanding guide

  • Use of sanding guide, highlights surface imperfections and possible sand scratches prior to finish with abrasives

4. Sanding steps

  • Hand block the putty first with P 150/240

  • Fine sand the area with orbit machine: P 240
  • Surround area with P 320

6. Cleaning

  • Clean carefully with 70-10
  • Use wipe on, wipe off method (2 cloths)
