1. Cleaning step

  • Clean carefully with cleaner 70-10
  • Use wipe on wipe off method

  • Tag cloth the area to be painted

4. Application first coat

  • Spray gun HVLP or RP 1.3 pressure 2.0 bar
  • Spray 1 coat on the wing
  • Flash off

5. Cleaning

  • Tag cloth the overspray on the door

6. Application method second coat

  • Spray gun HVLP or RP 1.3 pressure 2.0 bar
  • Spray second coat on wing
  • No flash off

7. Application method

  • Reduce pressure to 0.8 to max 1.5 bar and blend in the door
  • Flash off

8. Mist coat

  • Apply mist coat over repaired area
  • Spray gun distance approx. 30 cm from object
  • Flash off
  • Ready for clear coat
