1. Cleaning step

  • Clean carefully with cleaner 70-10
  • Use wipe on wipe off method

2. Cleaning

  • Tack cloth the area to be painted

3. Basecoat

4. Basecoat

  • Spray gun HVLP 1.3,  pressure 0.8 to 1.5 bar
  • Spray first coat over filler patch
  • Keep the patch as small as possible
  • Flash off until matt

5. Flash off

  • Flash of the basecoat until matt

6. Tack cloth

  • Tack cloth clean the surrounding area, to remove overspray

7. Basecoat

  • Apply second coat over fillerpatch, by fading out the basecoat
  • Blend the basecoat until invisible repair

8. Flash off

  • Flash off the basecoat until matt

9. Mist coat

  • Apply a mist coat over the repaired area
  • Spray gun distance is 30 cm
  • Flash off
  • Panel is now ready for clearcoat
