1. Preparation steps
Heat up the Plastic for 1 hour at 60°c prior to cleaning.
2. Cleaning
- Clean the bumper with 70-20 plastic cleaner right after heating.
- Tag cloth the bumper.
3. Plastic primer application
- Spray gun 1.3
- Pressure 2.0 bar
- Apply 1 to 2 coats 21-10 on plastic bumper.
4. Plastic primer application
- Flash off the primer 15 min at 20°C
5. Mixing Primerfiller
- 20-35/95 3
- 50- 1
- 60- 1
- Temperature chart
6. Primerfiller application
- Spraygun 1.3, pressure 2.0 bar
- Apply 1 coat.
7. Flash off
- Flash off bumper 20 min at 20°C
- Bumper is ready for topcoat/basecoat.
