1. Preparation

Heat up unprimed Plastic bumpers prior to cleaning.

2. Cleaning

  • Clean the bumper with 70-20 plastic cleaner

3. Mixing plastic primer

4. Application of Primerfiller

  • Apply 1 coat primerfiller
  • Spray gun HVLP 1.3, 2.0 bar.

5. Flash off

  • Flash of bumper for 20 min at 20°C
  • Bumper is ready for base coat/ topcoat
