Cleaning 70U-10 Degreaser

1. Cleaning:

  • Clean carefully with 70U-10 cleaner
  • Use wipe on, wipe off method (2 cloths)

2. Mixing ratio:

Basecoat:

  • 35-  Basecoat            100%
  • 60U Reducer               50%

Basecoat 1st coat:

  • Spray gun HVLP 1.3 Pressure 29.0 psi (2.0 bar)
  • Apply first coat
  • Flash off until matte

4. Basecoat 2nd coat:

  • Spray gun HVLP 1.3 pressure 29.0 psi (2.0 bar)
  • Apply second wet coat
  • Flash off until matte

5. Basecoat mist coat:

  • Apply mist coat over painted panel to obtain correct color matching
  • Spray gun distance is approx. 12 in (30 cm) from object
  • Flash off
  • Panel is ready for Clearcoat
