VOC 45 Line
1. Preparation for putty
- Clean carefully with 70U-15
- Sand the damage with P150
- For small repairs, keep the sanding area as small as possible
2. Mixing ratio of filler / putty:
- Follow the putty/body filler manufacturer recommendations for mixing, application, and drying.
3. Sanding guide
- Use of sanding guide, highlights surface imperfections and possible sand scratches prior to finish with abrasives
4. Sanding steps
- Hand block the filler / putty first with P 150/240
5. Sanding steps
- Fine sand the area with orbit machine: P 240
- Surround area with P 320
6. Cleaning
- Clean carefully with 70U-10
- Use wipe on, wipe off method (2 cloths)
