1. Preparation for filler / putty

  • Clean carefully with  70U-15
  • Sand the damage with P150
  • For small repairs, keep the sanding area as small as possible

2. Mixing ratio of filler / putty

  • Follow the body filler / putty manufacturer recommendation for mixing, application, and drying.

3. Sanding steps

  • Hand block the body filler / putty with P180 first

  • Fine sand the area with orbit machine: P240
  • Suround area with P320

5. Cleaning steps

  • Clean carefully with 70U-10 before applying undercoat
