1. Cleaning process

  • Check the panel for transportation damage
  • Clean with 70-10
  • Wipe on wipe off (2 cloths)

2. Preparation

  • In case of transportation damage, repair according the damage.
  • Scratches with P400
  • Clean with 70-10
  • In case of bare metal 27-10
  • In case of bigger damage, follow the damage panel process

3. Filler preparation

  • Prepare undercoat according to the car color 20-35/95
  • To obtain different grey shades, fillers can be mixed

5. Application

  • Tack cloth the panel carefully

6. Application

  • Spray gun: RP 1.3          2.0 bar
  • Apply 1 wet coat on panel 20-35/95 wet on wet

7. Flash off

  • 20 min at 20°C
  • Panel is ready for baslac® basecoat, after flash off
