1. Cleaning step

  • Clean carefully with cleaner 70U-10
  • Use wipe on wipe off method

2. Preparation steps

  • Tack cloth the area to be painted
35 Basecoat 60U Reducer

3. Mixing ratio

  • 35- Basecoat          100%
  • 60-20/30/40 Diluter 50%

4. Application first coat

  • Spray gun HVLP 1.3 pressure 29.0 psi (2.0 bar)
  • Spray 1 coat on the fender
  • Flash off

5. Cleaning

  • Tack cloth the overspray on the door

6. Basecoat Application: Second Coat

  • Spray gun HVLP 1.3 pressure 29.0 psi (2.0 bar)
  • Spray second coat on fender
  • No flash off

7. Application method

  • Reduce pressure to 11.6 - 21.8 psi (0.8 - 1.5 bar) and blend in the door
  • Flash off

8. Mist coat

  • Apply mist coat over repaired area
  • Spray gun distance approx. 12in (30 cm) from object
  • Flash off
  • Ready for clear coat
