1. Cleaning step

  • Clean carefully with cleaner 70U-10
  • Use wipe on wipe off method

2. Cleaning

  • Tack cloth the area to be painted
35 Basecoat 60U Reducer

3. Basecoat

  • 35- Basecoat       100%
  • 60U Reducer        50%

4. Basecoat

  • Spray gun HVLP 1.3,  pressure 11.6 - 21.8 psi (0.8 - 1.5 bar)
  • Spray first coat over primer / filler patch
  • Keep the patch as small as possible
  • Flash off until matte

5. Flash off

  • Flash of the basecoat until matte

6. Tack cloth

  • Tack cloth clean the surrounding area, to remove overspray

7. Basecoat

  • Apply second coat over primer / filler patch, by fading out the basecoat
  • Blend the basecoat until invisible repair

8. Flash off

  • Flash off the basecoat until matte

9. Mist coat

  • Apply a mist coat over the repaired area
  • Spray gun distance is 12 in (30 cm)
  • Flash off
  • Panel is now ready for clearcoat
