1. Cleaning steps

  • Clean plastic bumper with 70-10 silicon remover

2. Sanding steps

  • Sand the damage area with P150/ P 240

  • Fine sand the repair area with P320/400

4. Cleaning

  • Clean with 70-20
  • Use wipe on, wipe off method
  • Tack cloth cleaning

5. Adhesion primer application

  • Shake the 21-20 spray can vigorously
  • Apply 2 coats on the bare plastic
  • Flash off 15 min at 20°C

6. Mixing of Filler

  • Fast solution is combination 50-05 with 60-05
  • In case of flexible plastic mix:
    • 4 parts 20- with
    • 1 part 80-10 before adding hardener and reducer
    • For other combinations, consult temperature chart

7. Filler application

  • Spray nozzle 1.6, 2.0 bar
  • Apply 2 coats over repaired area with intermediate 3 min flash off

Dry filler

With 50-05/60-05 

  1. 60 min 20° C
  2. 10 min 60° C
  3. 4 min IRT
