Flash off 1 hour

1. Preparation

Heat up the Plastic for 1 hour at 140°F (60°C) prior to cleaning.

2. Cleaning

  • Clean the bumper with 70U-20 plastic cleaner
  • Tack cloth the bumper.
Mixing Ratio 21-11/60U/50U

3. Mixing plastic primer

  • 21-11                            4
  • 50U-15/-20/-30             1
  • 60U-10/-20/-30/-40       1

4. Plastic primer application:

  • Spray gun 1.3
  • Apply 1 medium wet coat, with a second coat being optional, of 21-11 on the plastic bumper.
  •  
  •  
  • Spray 1 light coat plus 1 medium wet coat, with 29.0 psi (2.0 bar)

5. Plastic primer application:

  • Flash off the primer for 20 min at 68°F (20°C)
  •  
  • Bumper is ready for basecoat / topcoat
