Flash off 1 hour

1. Preparation steps

Heat up Plastic for 1 hour at 140°F (60°C) prior to cleaning.

2. Cleaning

  • Clean the bumper with 70U-20 plastic cleaner
  • Tack cloth the bumper.

3. Aerosol Application

  • Aerosol application
  • Apply 1 to 2 coats of 21-10 into the bumper

4. Plastic primer application:

  • Flash off the primer for 10-15 min at 68°F (20°C)

5. Mixing Sealer

  • 20U-23 / -24 / -25             4
  • 80U-10                              1
  • 50U-15 / -20 / -30              1
  • 60U-10 / -20 / -30 / -40      2
  •  
  •  
  • Mix accordingly to temperature chart

6. Sealer application:

  • Spray gun 1.3, pressure 29 psi (2.0 bar)
  • Apply 1 coat.
Flash off 20 min

7. Flash off

  • Flash of bumper for 30 min at 68°F (20°C)
  •  
  • Bumper is ready for topcoat/basecoat.
