1. Cleaning

  • Clean carefully with 70-10
  • Use wipe on wipe off method

2. Cleaning

  • Tag cloth the surface carefully prior to application.

3. Mixing

 

Spray gun:

  • Compliant gravity spraygun 1.3   2.0 bar
  • HVLP gravity spraygun 1.3   2.0 bar

4. Application

  • Apply 1/2 coat, followed without flash of with 1 full coat.
  • Flash of 20 min before topcoat.
