1. Preparation for putty

  • Clean carefully with  70-45
  • Sand the damage with P 150
  • For small repairs, keep the sanding area as small as possible

2. Mixing ratio of putty

  • Putty 12-20 100%
  • Hardener 56-20 3%
  • Mix until uniform color.

 

Dry properties

  • 20 min at 20°C
  • 4 min short wave

3. Sanding steps

  • Hand block the putty first with P 150

4. Sanding steps

  • Fine sand the area with orbit machine: P 240
  • Suround area with P 320

5. Cleaning steps

  • Clean carefully with 70-45 before applying undercoat
