1. Chassis primer system
- This system is suitable to paint chassis structures in 1 go (Undercoat and paint)
- Suitable for large areas.
- Direct to steel and galvanized steel.
- Good corrosion protection.
- Aluminium chassis need to be primed before with 27-10.
2. Chassis cleaning
- Clean carefully with 70-10
- Wipe on wipe off (2 cloths)
3. Mixing: Premix
- 81-30 50%
- CV 30 50%
Mixing ratio:
- Premix 3
- 51-515/520 1
potlife 2h at 20°C
4. Application
- Apply 2 coats
Spray gun:
- HVLP gravity feed spraygun 1.7-1.9 mm 2.0 bar
- Compliant gravity spray gun 1.6-1.8 mm 2.2-2.5 bar
- Airless 0,28-0.33, 120-180 bar/+ 2 bar atomized air
Film tickeness approx 60-150 Micron
5. Drying
- 51-515 l 16h 20°C l 30 min at 60°C
- 51-520 l 16h 20°C l 40 min at 60°C
