1. Preparation

  • Check the panel for damages or scratsches
  • Sand Scratches with P240/P320
  • Clean with 70-10

2. Cleaning

  • Clean with 70-10
  • Wipe on wipe off (2 cloths)

  • Tack cloth the panel carefully

4. Mixing

5. Application

  • Apply 1 coat 27-10 over the panel/frame
  • flash off 10 min before primerfiller

6. Filler preparation

  • Prepare primerfiller 20-35/95 according the color.
  • To obtain different grey shades, fillers can be mixed.

7. Mixing ratio

8. Application

  • Spray gun: gravity compliant spray gun 1.3          2.0 bar
  • Apply 1 coat 20-35/95 on panel.

9. Flash off

  • 20 min at 20°C
  • Panel is ready for baslac® basecoat, after flash off
