1. Cleaning

  • clean with 70-10
  • Wipe on wipe off ( 2 cloths )

2. Cleaning

  • Tack cloth the panels carefully.

3. Mixing

 

  • Use compliant gravity 1.3 spray gun at 2.0 bar

4. Application

  • Apply 1 coat 27-10 over the frame.
  • Flash off 15 min before primerfiller.

5. Mixing

 

  • Prepare primer filler according the color.

6. Application

 

  • Use compliant gravity spray gun 1.3 at 2.0 bar

7. Drying

  • 3 hours at 20°C
  • 30 min at 60°C

8. Sanding

  • Sand the primer filler with P400

 

  • Frame is now ready for topcoat or basecoat.
