  • Clean with 70-10
  • Wipe on wipe off ( 2 cloths)

  • Tack cloth the panels carefully.

3. Mixing

  • 27-10    2
  • 57-30    1
  • 60-        30%
  • Compliant gravity-feed spray gun 1.3 at 2.0 bar

4. Application

  • Apply 1 coat 27-10 over the frame.
  • Flash off 10 min before primerfiller

5. Mixing

  • 20-35/95    3
  • 50-20         1
  • 60-20/30    1
  • Prepare primerfiller according the color
  • To obtain different grey shades, fillers can be mixed.

6. Application

  • Compliant gravity-feed spraygun 1.3 2.0 bar
  • Apply 1 coat 20-35/95 on frame.

7. Flash off

  • 20 min at 20°C
  • Panel is ready for topcoat after flash off.
  • 5 days overpaintable.
  • After 5 days, sanding is required.
