1. Cleaning process

  • Check the panel for transportation damage
  • Clean with 70-10
  • Wipe on wipe off (2 cloths)

2. Preparation

  • In case of transportation damage, repair according the damage
  • Scratches with P400
  • And clean with fine hand pad abrasive (type like grey scotch brite ) in combination with 70-10 cleaner
  • In case of bigger damage, follow the damage panel process

3. Preperation of panel

  • Apply 1 full coat of wash primer 27-10 on repaired area or over new aluminium panel.
  • Flash off 10 min at 20°C before primer application.

4. Primer preparation

  • Prepare undercoat according to color 20-35/95
  • To obtain different grey shades, fillers can be mixed

5. Mixing ratio

  • 20-35/95     3
  • 50-               1
  • 60-               1

6. Application

  • Tag cloth the door carefully

7. Application

  • Spray gun: RP 1.3 / 2.0 bar
  • Apply 1 wet coat on panel

8. Flash off

  • 20 min at 20°C
  • Panel is ready for baslac® basecoat, after flash off
