1. Cleaning Step 清洁步骤
- Clean carefully with cleaner 70-10 使用70-10清洁剂仔细清洁。
- Use wipe on wipe off method 使用一湿一干的方法进行清洁。
2. Cleaning 清洁
- Tack cloth the area to be painted 用粘尘布擦拭待喷涂区域
3. Basecoat 底色漆
- 35- Basecoat 35系列底色漆 100%
- 60- Diluter 稀释剂 50%
- Temperature chart 温度表
4. Basecoat 底色漆
- Spray gun HVLP 1.3, pressure 0.8 to 1.5 bar / HVLP喷枪1.3口径，气压0.8-1.5巴
- Spray first coat over filler patch 喷涂一层以覆盖腻子修补
- Keep the patch as small as possible 尽量将修补区域保持在最小范围
- Flash off until matt 闪干至哑光
5. Flash off 闪干
- Flash of the basecoat until matt 闪干底色漆至哑光
6. Tack cloth 清洁
- Tack cloth clean the surrounding area, to remove overspray
使用粘尘布清洁周围区域，以去除喷涂雾点。
7. Basecoat 底色漆
- Apply second coat over fillerpatch, by fading out the basecoat
在腻子修补区域以过渡喷涂方式，喷涂第二层色漆
- Blend the basecoat until invisible repair 将色漆逐渐过渡，直至修补痕迹完全不可见
8. Flash off 闪干
- Flash off the basecoat until matt 闪干底色漆至哑光
9. Mist coat 薄雾层
- Apply a mist coat over the repaired area 喷涂一薄雾层以覆盖修补区域
- Spray gun distance is 30 cm 枪距30厘米
- Flash off 闪干
- Panel is now ready for clearcoat 准备进行清漆施工
