• Mask the repair area
• make sure to mask with soft edges, hard edges will leave marks in basecoat
• Clean with 70-10

• For corrosion protection on large bare metal, 27-10 is recommended

Application:

• 1 coat (see 27-10 TDS)

Flash off:

• 10 min at 20°C

• 27-10 Washprimer 100%
• 57-10 Hardener 50%
• 60- Reducer 30%
•  

• Prepare undercoat according to the car color 20-24
• To obtain different grey shades, fillers can be mixed

• 20-24/ -34/-94 Primerfiller     4                          
• 50-05/-15 Hardener                  1
• 60-05/-10/-20 Reducer           1
• Mix accordingly to temperature chart

• Spray 2 coats on repair to obtain 50 to 70 microns
• Flash of 5 min between both layers
• Stay with second coat in the pattern of the first coat

Drying times:

• Small repairs 50-05 and 60-05   
  • 3 min short wave
  • 60 min @ 20°
• Large repairs 50-15 and 60-10
  • 3 Hours @ 20°
  • 30 Min @ 60°

• Use of sanding guide, highligts surface imperfections and possible sand scratches prior to finish with abrasives 

• Hand block with P320 / P400 for perfect levelling prior to machine sanding

• Fine sand area with 3mm orbit machine and P 320
• finish with P 400/ P 500
• Blend in area P1000/2000

• Clean carefully with 70-10
• Use wipe on, wipe off method (2 cloths)
