VOC 45 Line 45系列VOC
1. Cleaning 清洁:
- Clean carefully with cleaner 70-45 使用70-45清洁剂仔细清洁
- Use wipe on, wipe off method (2 cloths) 使用一湿一干的方法进行清洁
Basecoat 1st coat 底色漆第一层:
- Spray gun HVLP 1.4 Pressure 2.0 bar HVLP喷枪1.4口径，2.0巴
- Apply 1 wet coat 喷涂一湿层
- Flash off until mat 闪干至哑光
4. Basecoat 2nd coat 底色漆第二层:
- Spray gun HVLP 1.4 pressure 2.0 bar HVLP喷枪1.4口径，2.0巴
- Apply second wet coat 喷涂第二湿层
- Flash off untill mat 闪干至哑光
5. Basecoat mist coat 底色漆薄雾层:
- Apply mist coat over painted panel to obtain correct color matching
在已喷涂的板件上喷一薄雾层，以获得正确的颜色匹配
- Spray gun distance is approx. 30 cm from object 枪距约30cm
- Flash off 闪干
- Panel is ready for Clearcoat 准备喷涂清漆
