- Incorrect spray viscosity 喷涂粘度不正确
- Incorrect spraying technique, flash off time and film thicknesses 喷涂技术、闪干时间及膜厚不正确
- Defective spray gun, incorrect spray nozzle or spray pressurs 喷枪有缺陷，喷嘴或喷涂压力设置不正确
- Temperature of paint, substrate of spray booth too low 油漆、底材或喷房的温度过低
- Incorrect choice of hardeners and/or thinners 固化剂和/或稀释剂选择不当
预防
- Follow application recommendations on technical data sheets

- Ensure that paint material is in good condition and equipped met recommended spray nozzle
确保油漆材料状态良好，并配备推荐的喷嘴
- Ensure that material and room temperature is up to 20°c/68°F
确保材料和施工环境的温度达到 20°C / 68°F
- Use correct combination of hardeners and thinner as recommended on technical information

如何修补
- Sand and polish 打磨并抛光
- Sand and repaint whenever it’s not polish able
当无法通过抛光修复时，进行打磨并重新喷涂。
