成因
- Film build too high 漆膜厚度过高
- Hardener or thinner too fast 固化剂或稀释剂干燥速度过快
- Flash-off times between coats too short 层间闪干时间过短
- Flash-off times before baking or infrared dry ing too long 进烘烤或红外干燥前的闪干时间过长
- Distance too small for infrared drying, which leads to excessive drying temperatures
Insufficient flash-off intervals between the individual coats in wet-on-wet processes 红外干燥时距离过近，导致干燥温度过高。湿碰湿工艺中各涂层间闪干时间不足。
预防
- Keep to the film builds as recommended 遵循推荐的漆膜厚度
- Use hardener and thinner appropriate to the ambient temperature 根据环境温度选择合适的固化剂和稀释剂
- Respect the prescribed flash-off times between coats 遵循规定的层间闪干时间
- When you use infrared drying, respect the recommended distances and intensity levels 使用红外干燥时，遵循推荐的距离与强度要求

- Sand the paint film back to a sound substrate 将漆膜打磨至牢固稳定的底材
