1. Cleaning 清洁:
- Clean carefully with 70-45 使用70-45清洁剂仔细清洁
- Use wipe on, wipe off method 使用一湿一干的方法进行清洁
2. Masking 遮蔽
- To avoid overspray on the door, we recommand to cover the door for the first step.
为了避免喷涂到门上，我们建议第一步先将门遮蔽起来。
3. Cleaning 清洁:
- Tack cloth the area to be painted
用粘尘布擦拭待喷涂区域
4. Mixing of basecoat step 1 底色漆调配步骤 1:
- Basecoat (45-) 底色漆(45系列) 100%
- 45-R45 Diluter 稀释剂 70%
5. Basecoat application step 1 底色漆施工步骤 1
- Spray gun HVLP 1.4, 2.0 bar HVLP喷枪1.4口径，2.0巴
- Apply 1 wet coat 湿喷一层
- Flash off 闪干
- Apply second coat 喷涂第二层
- Flash off 闪干
6. Demask the door 拆除门板遮蔽
- Demask the door carefully 仔细拆除门板遮蔽
7. Clean the door 门板清洁
- Clean the door prior to blend in application 过渡施工前，先对门板进行清洁
- Tack cloth the door 使用粘尘布擦拭
8. Mixing of blend in clear 清漆调配 :
- 45-W10 100%
- 45-R45 Diluter 稀释剂 70%
9. Mixing of blend in clear 清漆调配:
- Spray gun HVLP 1.4, 2.0 bar HVLP喷枪1.4口径，2.0巴
- Apply 1 wet coat 45-W10 on the door 门上湿喷一层45-W10
- Stay away 10 cm of back door 与后门保持10cm距离
- No flash off 无需闪干
10. Mixing of basecoat 底色漆调配
- Basecoat (45-) 底色漆(45系列) 100%
- 45-R45 Diluter 稀释剂 70%
11. Blend in basecoat 底色漆过渡:
- Spray gun HVLP 1.4 HVLP喷枪1.4口径
- Reduce pressure between 0.8 and 1.5 bar 将压力降低到0.8-1.5巴
- Blend the wing into the door 从叶子板过渡到门板
- Flash off 闪干
12. Mixing of pearl effect step 2 效果层调配步骤2 :
- Basecoat (45-) 底色漆(45系列) 100%
- 45-R45 Diluter 稀释剂 70%
13. Application of pearl effect step 2 效果层施工步骤2
- Spray gun 1.4 HVLP, 2.0 bar HVLP喷枪1.4口径，2.0巴
- 2 wet coats with intermediate flash off 喷涂两层，层间闪干
- then blend in the door 然后门板内过渡
- Flash off until matt 闪干至哑光
- We recommend to make a spray-out prior to paint, for color match controle. 为了进行颜色匹配检查，我们建议在喷涂前先做一张喷涂样板。
14. Mist coat 薄雾层
- Apply mist coat over the repaired area
在修复区域喷涂一层薄雾层
- Spray gun distance approx. 30 cm from object 枪距约30cm
- Ready for clear coat. 准备清漆施工
