1. Cleaning step 清洁步骤
- Clean carefully with 70-10 使用70-10仔细清洁
- Use wipe on, wipe off method 使用一湿一干的方法进行清洁
2. Masking 遮蔽
- To avoid overspray on the door, we recommend to cover the door for the first step 为了避免喷涂到门，我们建议第一步先遮蔽门。
3. Preparation steps 准备步骤
- Tack cloth clean the area to be painted 用粘尘布清洁待喷涂区域
4. Mixing of basecoat step 1: 底色漆调配步骤1:
- 35- Basecoat 35系列底色漆 100%
- 60- Diluter 60- 稀释剂 50%
- Temperature Chart 温度表
5. Basecoat application step 1 底色漆施工步骤 1
- Spray gun HVLP or RP 1.3, 2.0 bar 喷枪HVLP或RP 1.3口径，2.0巴
- Apply first coat 喷涂第一层
- Flash off 闪干
- Apply second coat 喷涂第二层
- Flash off 闪干
6. Demask the door 去除门板遮蔽
- Demask the door carefully 仔细去除门的遮蔽
7. Clean the door 清洁门板
- Clean the door prior to blend-in application 过渡喷涂前先清洁门板
- Tack cloth clean the door 用粘尘布清洁门板
8. Blend in basecoat : 底色漆过渡:
- 35- Basecoat 35系列底色漆 100%
- 60- Diluter 60-稀释剂 50%
- Spray gun HVLP 1.3 喷枪HVLP 1.3口径
- Reduce pressure between 0.8 and 1.5 bar 将气压降至0.8-1.5巴之间
- Blend the wing into the door
将叶子板与车门进行过渡喷涂
- Flash off 闪干
9. Tack cloth door: 粘尘布清洁门板：
- Tack cloth the overspray on surrounding area 用粘尘布清洁周围喷涂区域
10. Mixing basecoat step 2: 底色漆调配步骤2:
- 35- Basecoat 35系列底色漆 100%
- 60- Diluter 60- 稀释剂 50%
11. Application of pearl effect step 2: 珍珠效果层喷涂步骤2：
- Spray gun 1.3 HVLP or RP, 2.0 bar HVLP或RP喷枪1.3口径，2.0巴
- 2 coats with intermediate flash off 层间闪干
- Then blend in the door until invisible repair 过渡喷涂门板至修补处完全看不出
- Flash off until mat 闪干至哑光
- We recommend to make a spray-out prior to paint, for color match control 我们建议在正式喷涂前进行试喷，以便控制颜色匹配
12. Mist coat 薄雾层
- Apply mist coat over the repaired area
在修补区域喷涂一层薄雾层
- Spray gun distance approx. 30 cm from object 枪距约30cm
- Ready for clearcoat application 准备清漆施工
