1. 清洁

  • 使用 70-10 进行清洁。
  • Wipe on wipe off ( 2 cloths ) 用一湿一干方式擦拭(2块擦拭布)

2. 清洁

  • Tack cloth the panels carefully. 仔细使用粘尘布清洁板件。

3. 调配

 

  • 使用重力喷枪 1.3  2.0 巴

4. 应用

  • Apply 1 coat 27-10 over the frame. 在框架上喷涂1层27-10。
  • Flash off 15 min before primerfiller. 中涂底漆施工前，闪干15分钟。

5. 调配

 

  • 根据颜色准备中涂底漆。

6. 应用

 

  • 使用重力喷枪 1.3 口径 2.0 巴

7. 干燥

  • 20°C，3小时
  • 60°C，30分钟

8. 打磨

  • Sand the primer filler with P400 使用P400砂纸打磨中涂底漆。

 

  • Frame is now ready for topcoat or basecoat. 车架待喷涂面漆或底色漆。
