1. 清洁

  • 使用 70-10进行清洁。
  • Wipe on wipe off ( 2 cloths) 用一湿一干方式进行擦拭(2块擦拭布)

  • Tack cloth the panels carefully.

  • 27-10    2
  • 57-30    1
  • 60-        30%
  • 重力喷枪 1.3 口径 2.0 巴

4. 应用

  • Apply 1 coat 27-10 over the frame. 在车架上喷涂1层27-10
  • Flash off 10 min before primerfiller 中涂底漆施工前，闪干10分钟。

5. 调配

  • 20-35/95    3
  • 50-20         1
  • 60-20/30    1
  • Prepare primerfiller according the color 根据颜色准备中涂底漆。
  • To obtain different grey shades, fillers can be mixed. 为获得不同灰度，中涂可混合调配。

6. 应用

  • 重力喷枪 1.3 口径 2.0 巴
  • 在车架上喷涂1层 20-35/95 。

7. 闪干

  • 20°C，20分钟
  • Panel is ready for topcoat after flash off. 闪干后，板件待喷涂面漆。
  • 5 days overpaintable. 5天内可进行覆涂。
  • After 5 days, sanding is required. 超过5天后，需进行打磨处理。
