油漆缺陷
成因
- Poor cleaning of the plastic substrate 底材清洁不充分
- Use of an unsuitable or too little cleaning or degreasing agent 使用了不适合或用量不足的清洁剂/脱脂剂
- Plastic part not heated before paint application 喷涂前未对塑料件进行预热
- No adhesion promoter used 未使用附着力促进剂
- Plastic not paintable 塑料材质本身不可涂装
预防
- Thoroughly clean the parts using a mild detergent 使用温和的清洁剂彻底清洁部件
- Clean the substrate before and after every manipulation 在每一步操作前后都要清洁底材
- Use correct plastic cleaner 使用正确的塑料清洁剂
- Plastic parts should be heated to 60°C to force out any residual contaminants (Make sure that the panel will not lose its shape due to the heat) 将塑料件加热至60°C，以逼出残留的污染物(确保加热不糊i导致部件变形)。
- Apply plastic primer according to technical data sheet 按TDS要求喷涂塑料底漆
- Control if plastic is paintable 检查塑料材质是否可涂装
如何修复
- Completely remove the peeling paintwork and refinish the affected areas 将所有起皮的漆膜完全清除，并对受影响的区域重新进行喷涂修复。
