1. Cleaning step
Clean carefully with cleaner 70-45
Use wipe on wipe off method
2. Preparation steps:
- Tag cloth the area to be painted
3. Mixing ratio:
- Basecoat (45-) 100%
- 45-R45 Diluter 70%
4. Application first coat
- Spray gun HVLP 1.4 pressure 2.0 bar
- Spray 1 wet coat on the wing
- Flash off
5. Mixing blend in clear:
- 45-W10 100%
- 45-R45 Diluter 70%
6. Application method blend in clear
- Spray full wet coat on door, untill 10 cm of adjacent panels
- No flash off
7. Mixing ratio:
- Basecoat (45-) 100%
- 45-R45 Diluter 70%
8. Application method second coat
- Spray gun HVLP 1.4 pressure 2.0 bar
- Spray second coat on wing
- Reduce pressure between 0.8 to max 1.5 bar and blend in the door
9. Application method
Application method
- Flash off until matt door and wing
10. Mist coat
- Apply mist coat over repaired are
- Spray gun distance approx. 30 cm from object
- Flash off
- Ready for clear coat
