1. Preparation 准备
Heat up unprimed Plastic bumpers prior to cleaning. 清洁前先加热未喷涂底漆的塑料件。
2. Cleaning 清洁
- Clean the bumper with 70-20 plastic cleaner 使用70-20塑料清洁剂清洁。
4. Application of Primerfiller 中涂底漆施工
- Apply 1 coat primerfiller 喷涂一层中涂底漆
- Spray gun HVLP 1.3, 2.0 bar. HVLP喷枪1.3口径，2.0巴
5. Flash off 闪干
- Flash of bumper for 20 min at 20°C /20°C 闪干20分钟
- Bumper is ready for base coat/ topcoat 准备喷涂底色漆/面漆
