1. Preparation
Heat up the Plastic prior to cleaning.
2. Cleaning
- Clean the bumper with 70-20 plastic cleaner
3. Mixing plastic primer
- 21-11 4
- 50-15 1
- 60-20 1
4. Application of Primerfiller
- Apply 1 coat 21-11
- Spray gun HVLP 1.3, 2.0 bar.
5. Flash off
- Flash of bumper for 20 min at 20°C
- Bumper is ready for base coat/ topcoat
