1. Cleaning 清洁
- Clean carefully with cleaner 70-45 适应70-45清洁剂仔细清洁
- Use wipe on, wipe off method 使用一湿一干的方法进行清洁
2. Preparation steps 前处理
- Tag cloth the area to be painted
用粘尘布擦拭待喷涂区域
3. Mixing ratio of basecoat 底色漆调配:
- Basecoat (45-) 底色漆(45系列) 100%
- 45-R45 Diluter 稀释剂 70%
4. 45_basecoat 45系列底色漆
- Spray gun HVLP 1.4, pressure 0.8 to 1.5 bar / HVLP喷枪1.4口径，气压0.8-1.5巴
- Cover filler patch with reduced pressure until covered
减小喷涂压力以覆盖腻子修补区域，直至完全遮盖
- Keep the patch as small as possible 尽量保持修补区域最小
- Flash off until matt 闪干至哑光
5. Mixing blend in clear 驳口清漆调配:
- 45-W10 100%
- 45-R45 Diluter 稀释剂 70%
6. Blend in clear 驳口清漆
- Spray gun HVLP 1.4 pressure 2.0 / HVLP喷枪1.4口径，气压2.0巴
- Spray 1 wet coat until 10 cm of edges 喷涂一湿层直至距离边缘10厘米处
- No flash off 无需闪干
7. Mixing blend in clear and basecoat 底色漆驳口调配
- Mix RFU blend in clear and RFU basecoat 1:1 RFU驳口清漆与RFU底色漆 1:1
8, Blend in of base coat 底色漆过渡
- Blend in the filler patch into wet blend-in clear 将填充腻子修补区域过渡到未干的驳口清漆中
- Spray gun HVLP 1.4 pressure 0.8 to 1.5 / HVLP喷枪1.4口径，气压0.8-1.5巴
- Flash off 闪干
9. Mist coat 薄雾层
- Apply a mist coat over the repaired area 喷涂一薄雾层以覆盖修补区域
- Spray gun distance is 30 cm 枪距30厘米
- Flash off 闪干
- Panel is now ready for clearcoat 准备进行清漆施工
Repair Steps
